2. Application

This product is mainly suitable for underground coal transport, also can be used in metallurgy, port, cement, chemical industry mechanical transport. PVC conveyor belt is suitable for conveying materials under dry conditions with inclination angle below 16 ° . PVG conveyor belt can be used for conveying dry or wet water with inclination angle below 20 ° , it has better climbing ability, larger transport capacity, and better wear resistance than PVC belt.

Structural characteristics

The PVC & PVG solid woven conveyor belt consists of three parts: the Integral carcass, the polyvinyl chloride impregnated paste, and the covering layer. The integral carcass is the framework material of the belt. The polyvinyl chloride plasticizer is used to impregnate carcass. The polyvinyl chloride plasticizer is composed of a variety of chemical raw materials with different properties to ensure the required safety performance of the belt, such as flame retardancy and antistatic properties. The covering layer determines the transport characteristics, impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the conveyor belt, which is formed by high-temperature plasticizing or vulcanization.
